Include the date you desire to move in, the length of time you wish to stay at the retreat. If you are not certain please provide a minimum and maximum estimate that you presently predict. Next, be prepared to express your reason for choosing to live here. I need to know a little about your financial capabilities . Your present income level. The amount or range you are willing to spend on rent and whether you have the ability to pay a security deposit and finance the cost of moving. I both enjoy and depend upon others to share this sacred sanctuary space with me. You can help with the gardening or the mortgage payment, and while the responsibility of others are less then mine, we here all enjoy the same beautiful living environment.

My involvement with others is variable and depends largely on you and your interests. Those who work on the property with me are typically more interactive with me. others sometimes chose to live a more solitary and private existence. Either is ok with me.
