My Greatest Hope

I'd like people living here to develop the bonds that bring out the best in one another. I want to encourage you to take the initiative. In so doing, you will reap the benefits of the experience of effectively working with others in the most constructive way. You will be standing up for what you believe in and demonstrating the courage, conviction, and strength within yourself to live up to your own ideals. I encourage you not to lose sight of this. I believe that our Resident Agreement provides a solid framework for this to take place. My greatest hope for people here is that they develop their own unique potential through their contributions and commitment to the community and the physical environment we share.

I believe spirituality is a natural expression of those who know universal spirit as the essence of themselves, however they experience this. For those who are ready, it is an expansion into that understanding that comes with a heartfelt connectedness, it is the empathy that is residual to that awareness, and it is the equity of that expression that comes from a spontaneous compulsion; the compulsion to join with others in a sense of appreciation and thankfulness for what we have to share and what we can create. This is the enabling force of serendipity that then blooms in the atmosphere. I would like to sit out and look around me and say, "yes, this is paradise...no, this is paradise perfected! It was within our reach and we seized the moment. We saw our collective potential. As co-creators and mirror for one another, it was when we reached within and held this mirror to groom the garden, the garden of all possibilities, that it happened. The connection-an infusion of a powerfully felt field of energy that we share- it has transformed us. This is what we have s-y-n-e-r-g-i-s-t-i-c-a-l-l-y created. It is the reality of our collective capability and the potential within each of us".

I have a vision of a way of life where a number of people can collectively live a powerfully fulfilling, synchronistic existence. I am hopeful that you will be able to see the possibilities and share in the vision. What I have described in the above specific agreements make that vision possible. It is the foundation for us to build upon. I'm looking for those exceptional, visionary people to join me on this creative venture. Those people who are open to the idea of brainstorming to improve our environment and those who can seize the moment to co-create an exceptional experience I want to maintain a stimulating agenda, the results of which will provide a fulfilling life. This calls for people who can share in the spirit of this. I'd like to ask you to look within yourself, search your heart at this point in time, and ask yourself whether you are a person who can step in and take control of the helm and steer things along if I'm not on deck. If you did step forth to take hold of the helm, would you want to stay on the established course that's been laid out in or agreement, or would you want to take us in another direction? Do you realize that the shared vision is essential? It is the only way that you will be happy and fulfilled, and the only way that I'll be able to experience my dream. I can take only those who know that we are heading in the same direction and want to travel this way together. While I say this, I have always welcomed everyone's thoughts, ideas and opinions. This leads to progress in a true sense of shared involvement. I need those capable of being co-managers, who will demonstrate an awareness and the discretion to keep watch for the reefs that could ground us along the way. I am looking for those peacemakers who have the wisdom to recognize the obstacles to peace and will step forth to keep the channels clear and the energy moving. Once we are accomplished at being peacemakers, we will automatically move to the planes of joy and serendipity. I see this as an expression of the revitalizing power of love, a love of family that will lift and carry us.

It is my hope that this be a challenge and an opportunity that you find worthy of your involvement and endeavors. I'm looking to continue to increase the quality of life we generate together. If this is something that you are inspired to be a part of, your joy and creativity is not only going to be welcomed by me and the rest of the community, it is going to be an expression of the force that brings us home.
